RENTING FACILITIES - Weeks, Weekend Retreats, Special Outings
Grace Bible Camp and Retreat Center welcomes the use of its facilities during weeks of the summer that it is not being used for its summer camp program, and for days and weekends during the rest of the year.
The facilities exist today because of the vision, dedication, and hard work of many people. From its beginning in 1953 the purpose of Grace Bible Camp and the facilities associated with it has been spiritual in nature. At the dedication of the new facilities in 1995, it was stated that “these properties and buildings are dedicated to the glory of God and the spiritual enrichment of those who come here."

Facilities Available and Things To Do

Six Cabins - capacity 12 each with restrooms and showers in building close by

Four Lodge units - capacity 10 each with restrooms and showers in each unit

Eight rooms with double beds (some with bunk bed) and restrooms and showers on adjoining hall

Dining Hall-Kitchen Building with Lounge area and fireplace at one end of Dining Hall

Large Meeting Room that will seat 140 for larger groups

Two Small Meeting Rooms that will seat approximately 25 each
-
Fields - plenty of space for field games, softball, football, etc.

Miniature Golf, Frisbee Golf, Archery, Air Riflery

2 Streams for wading or fishing

Access to George Washington National Forest for Hiking, Nature study, etc.

Volleyball court with light for nights, Ping Pong, Tetherball, Box Hockey, 3 Acre Lake for swimming in season

Special Activities for an Additional Fee—Caving, Rock Climbing/Rappelling, River Kayaking, Day Hiking, River Tubing, Low Ropes Challenge Course (year-round), Hayrides, Canoeing, Snow Skiing. Please ask about these activities early.
Rates - 2008
These rates have been worked out to suit differing requests. Should you like something different yet, please contact us about it. We will be glad to work out any special arrangements with you if at all possible.

$12.00/person/day — use of facilities without Kitchen (for those who bring food already prepared or who cook outdoors)

$16.00/person/first day, $13.00/person each additional day — use of facilities including Kitchen (for those who provide their own food and do their own cooking)
$40.00/person/first day, $37.00/person each additional day — use of facilities with 3 meals and snack provided,
