Job Description:
As a Senior Counselor at Grace Bible Camp, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of our campers. This position involves guiding campers through their daily activities, leading by example, and being a source of support and inspiration. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your assigned group and ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and enriching camp environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor campers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Plan, organize, and lead a variety of camp activities.

Foster a spirit of cooperation, kindness, and enthusiasm among campers.

Address any camper issues with empathy and professionalism.

Serve as a role model, demonstrating high standards of behavior and adherence to camp values.

Coordinate with other camp staff to ensure activities are conducted smoothly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Experience in camp management, teaching, or child care is preferred.

Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and working with children.
