Manager Of Personnel

Grace Bible Camp is currently seeking to hire a Manager of Personnel. Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Relaying information between various levels of staff

  • Training and preparing counselor staff for the summer

  • Overseeing the daily duties of various counselor staff

  • Being the point of contact for any counselor questions or concerns that may arise

  • Weekly reports on staff performance and personal evaluations

  • Making sure that the camp schedule is maintained and making adjustments as necessary

  • Making sure that the spiritual environment of Grace Bible Camp is exemplified and protected

  • Filling in for executive staff should the need arise

Applicants should meet most, if not all of the following requirements:

  • Applicants are preferred, but not required, to be 21 years of age or older.

  • Applicants are required to have their High School diploma, or a GED equivalent, and preferred, but not required, to have some college experience.

  • Applicants must be in agreement with Grace Bible Camp's Covenant of Faith which can be read here

  • The ideal applicant must be a self driven person. This is a person who is able to understand their duties and expectations, and push to not only meet them, but exceed them.

  • Applicants would be expected to be present for Pre-Camp training, as well as the entirety of our summer camp program.

  • All applicants would be required to undergo a series of interviews if necessary, and pass a background check
